The completion of "agonizing" renovations and additions to this "conveniently located" Downtown chainster "finally make it a pleasant place to stay once again" say fans of the "fantastic", "spacious" rooms with "skyline views" in the new tower, the "best hotel pool" in town and an "unbeatable" location for theater, shopping and Pike Place Market; even if a few still find it "generic", it's a "well-managed", "reasonably" priced property.

Centrally located and convenient.
Hotel staff not very curtious.
Although the hotel was nice, the front desk staff was not very helpful when I lost my wedding ring. They showed no concern. They just told me to go use the lobby phone to call lost and found.

Location near the convention center. Nice exercise facilities.
Parking is expensive and far from airport with no shuttle. No free WiFi in room.
Nice hotel with modern rooms. Would be nice to have free WiFi in the rooms. Exercise facilities were nice on the top of one of the towers.

Parking was outrageous, no free local calls, no WiFi in room.
Overall it was what would be expected of a Starwood Property - overpriced! I would never pay the amount they ask but Priceline was a good deal. Though next time I will stay at a Holiday Inn for the money I paid. ...read more

The bed was very comfortable!
The hot water in the both faucets dribbled out, which caused for a pretty cool bath. The pillows were not firm, so I couldn't get much neck support.
